Change and Transition

As we journey through life we will experience
for better or worse, both change and transition.

Transition is a process,
a shift from one state of being to another.
Change on the other hand, is an occurrence.
And it can either be immediate or gradual, invited or uninvited.

Though transition and change may seem the same,
they are in actual fact, different.
One being a process, and the other being an occurrence.

And those who embrace both change and transition for the better transcend.
