"The sun is self-energizing and whatever it shines upon it illuminates.   
There is light and warmth. The same light and warmth I feel when I’m with you," I said.  

Upon hearing this she asked, “Do you love me?”
And I replied, “As long as the sun shines, I do and will.”

She then thoughtfully asked, giving me that little smile, “Even on rainy days?”

“Definitely more so on rainy days,” I replied, and quietly added giving her a little wink,
“But don’t tell anyone.”
